ARVISTA.PK is a WebAR Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows businesses to upload 3D models and generate interactive Augmented Reality (AR) viewer links and QR codes. Our services operate entirely digitally via the web, enabling customers to experience products without needing dedicated mobile applications.
To use our core features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
As a subscriber to ARVISTA.PK, you agree not to use the platform to:
Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of the 3D models, images, product information, and other content you upload to ARVISTA.PK.
Platform License: By uploading content, you grant ARVISTA.PK a necessary, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, format, display, and deliver your content strictly for the purpose of providing our AR services to you and your customers.
The ARVISTA.PK platform itself—including its software, WebAR viewer technology, dashboard interfaces, branding, and website design—remains the exclusive intellectual property of ARVISTA.PK. You may not copy, modify, or resell our proprietary technology.
Paid Services: We offer subscription plans that unlock specific limits and features. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the stated fees based on the billing cycle chosen.
Renewals & Cancellations: Subscriptions are valid for the selected billing period. To renew or cancel your subscription, please refer to your account plan or contact our support team.
Refunds: All refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
While we strive to provide high availability, ARVISTA.PK does not guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every mobile device or browser. We rely on third-party cloud infrastructure and networks, which may experience occasional downtime.
Because we provide purely digital services over the web, we do not ship or deliver physical goods. Delivery of our service occurs digitally the moment your account or AR links are provisioned.
Your privacy is critically important to us. Information collection, usage, and data protection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms a part of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the system resources, or engage in fraudulent activity, without prior notice. Terminated accounts may lose access to all uploaded content and generated AR links.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARVISTA.PK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, including loss of data, loss of business, or missed sales opportunities.
We may periodically update these Terms or modify features within the platform to improve the service. Continued use of ARVISTA.PK after modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of your use of ARVISTA.PK are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
